Bots help us implement strategies that humanly would take too long to do but we can use bots that look for talented people that others are not looking for as in very specific technologies, let's think outside the box!

Example1:  In the technology industry it is possible to use bots that analyze a developer's code and depending on their evaluation invite candidates to an online test. Once the candidate has passed the test, it is even possible to automate the scheduling of a call in a free time of the recruiter's calendar, saving a significant amount of time and guaranteeing a standard quality in the process.

Example 2:  talent is everywhere, who receive multiple offers, we can search on Twitter for people who follow the accounts of those technologies that we need and if they follow a large part of them it is likely that they have notion of them and may be possible candidates, Instead of contacting a few saturated with offers, we get a large number who most likely have not been contacted.

Conclusion It is more likely to have more impact with strategies based on bots where we approach talent because we know their behavior, instead of being in a fierce fight for talent in networks that are very crowded by recruiters.
